March 31, 2025--Written by Daniel Graeber for Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--A few short days after presidential action on Alaska's energy, a new party is emerging as the majority owner of a facility slated to bring gas from the North Slope to the coast for exports as liquefied natural gas (LNG).
The Alaska Gasline Development Corporation (AGDC) offloaded its 75% stake in the Alaska LNG project to Glenfarne Alaska LNG, an affiliate of the Glenfarne Group, for undisclosed terms.
