China's Shandong Weiqiao, the world's largest aluminum company, announced that it will close all the electrolytic aluminum plants in Zouping, Binzhou, in three years and replace capacity in Wenshan Yunan. The project will be constructed in two phases, totaling 2.03 million tons of production. Construction of Phase I is slated to begin at the end of 2019 and be completed within one years.
