Construction of World Largest Pump-Storage Power Station Kicks Off in Hebei

BEIJING--June 19, 2013--Researched by Industrial Info Resources China (Beijing, China)--The kick-off ceremony for the construction of the Fengning Pump-Storage Power Station was held in northern China's Hebei province on May 29, 2013. The project is to be built and operated by State Grid Xin Yuan Holding Company (Beijing), a subsidiary of State Grid Corporation of China (SGCC) (Beijing). Upon completion, the project will be the largest pump-storage power station in the world, according to an announcement from the SGCC on May 31.
