CTEC Completes Stage II Construction and Start-Up of Todd Energy

PERTH, AUSTRALIA--February 12, 2013--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Perth, Australia)--Nova Energy (Taranaki, New Zealand), a subsidiary of Todd Energy Limited (Wellington, New Zealand), with CTEC Private Limited, a subsidiary of Forge Group Limited (ASX :FGE) (Perth, Australia), has completed construction and start-up of Phase II of the 100-megawatt (MW) McKee Natural Gas Power Plant at the existing McKee Power Station in Taranaki, New Zealand. The power plant is built alongside the company's McKee oil & gas field, which is near the township of Waitara, approximately 30 kilometers east of New Plymouth City Centre. McKee was the largest producing onshore oil field when it was commissioned in 2011.
