The 40-50-megawatt class-compact cogeneration power plant, which previously used oil, will be reborn as an eco-friendly and high-efficiency liquefied natural gas (LNG) cogeneration plant with a scale of 261 MW. Korea District Heating Corporation has initiated the reconstruction of LNG cogeneration plants in Daegu and Cheongju, South Korea.
