BEIJING--December 8, 2022--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--State-owned PetroChina Company Limited (Beijing, China) will relocate its largest refinery from Dalian to nearby Xizhong Island. In the relocation project, PetroChina will spend more US$2.8 billion to reconstruct the 400,000-barrel-per-day refinery in two phases. The project is still in the design stage and is expected to start construction next year.
