Tennessee Valley Authority delayed the restart of the nuclear-fired, 1,263.5-megawatt (MW) Browns Ferry 01 unit at its Browns Ferry plant in Alabama during an unplanned transformer replacement. The restart now is expected May 12.
Site-wide Scheduled Maintenance for April 12, 2025, between 9 A.M. - 9 P.M. CST. During this time, all services will be unavailable periodically throughout the scheduled maintenance window.
