CITGO continues to perform intermittent repairs to the 34,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Delayed Coker 1 Unit at its 420,000-BBL/d refinery in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The unit shut down in August 2021 because of Hurricane Ida, and repairs are expected to continue through the end of the year. The 60,000-BBL/d Delayed Coker 2 has been able to cover the workload.
