The Victoria-based energy company has announced that the windfarm, located 30 kilometers south of Ballarat, Victoria, will have a generating capacity of 131 megawatts (MW). The project has an estimated value of about $260 million, and will use 64 Repower MM92 turbines, rated at 2.05 MW each, from German turbine manufacturer RePower Australia Pty Limited (Hamburg, Germany).
