Phillips 66, on June 11, shut down the 14,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Hydrofluoric Alkylation (HF alky) Unit at its 146,000-BBL/d refinery in Borger, Texas, as issues have continued with the 78,000-BBL/d Gas Oil Hydrodesulfurizer Unit 42 since May 17. The latter unit is running at a reduced rate, possibly until June 17. The 41,000-BBL/d Crude Unit 9, 37,000-BBL/d Crude 10 and 68,000-BBL/d Crude 28 are running at minimum rates, and the 30,000-BBL/d Fluid Catalytic Cracker Unit (FCCU) 40 if offline, until the gas oil unit returns to normal rates.
